Terms of Service

Welcome to Puttsy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Puttsy mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

• Puttsy offers auto-renewing subscriptions (annual and weekly) purchased through Apple's App Store. The exact price is always shown in the App before any purchase and varies by country and currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We will never make cancelling difficult.
• Already purchased on another device? Use Restore purchases in the App's settings.

All golf data you enter is stored on your device only. Deleting the App deletes your data, unless your device's iCloud backup restores it. We hold no copy and cannot recover it for you. Exporting your record as a PDF or image before deleting the App is your responsibility.

• You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable law and Apple's own media services terms.
• You agree not to copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.

The App, its design, its mascot, and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Statistics in the App are computed from the data you enter; if the data is wrong, the numbers will be too. We make no guarantee of any sporting result, handicap change, or score. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of locally stored data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Puttsy is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.

We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, or attempts to interfere with the service. You can stop using Puttsy at any time; subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you live.

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
